3. Custom Stitching

For custom-made garments:

• Final designs may have minor variations due to fabric, stitching techniques, and availability.
• Additional customization may result in additional charges.
• Once production/stitching has started, major changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary depending on the design, fabric, customization, embroidery, and stitching requirements.

The applicable price and payment terms will be communicated to the customer before confirming the order.

Orders may require an advance payment before stitching or production begins.

5. Order Confirmation

An order or custom stitching request will be considered confirmed only after the required details and payment, where applicable, have been received and confirmed by Chic Trendly.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery may be affected by:

7. Cancellation

Custom orders may only be cancelled before stitching or production begins.

Once a customized garment has entered production, cancellation may not be accepted because the garment has been made specifically for the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Custom-stitched or personalized garments are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under applicable law or where an eligible manufacturing/stitching defect is confirmed.

If an eligible stitching or fitting issue occurs, customers should contact us within the period specified by Chic Trendly.
